Miley Cyrus leads star-studded fight against ALS
You can always trust Miley Cyrus to add life to a party.
A day after performing at US actor James Franco's bar mitzvah, which was organised by US actor Seth Rogen as part of Hilarity for Charity's fourth annual variety show, the controversial 22-year-old pop star showed up at the 13th Annual LA County Walk To Defeat ALS.
Wearing predictably quirky garb, she led a warm-up session (above) for the 2,000 participants.
Other celebrity attendees included Reese Witherspoon, Renee Zellweger and Courteney Cox.
