Mum of 6 with LLL size breasts goes under the knife - for the 36th time!
Mother of six Lacey Wildd has a personal motto: "Plastic is perfect".
She is determined to live by that ethos, having gone under the knife for the 36th time.
The 46-year-old reality TV star, who has already gone through 12 surgeries to enlarged her breast, has gone for a bigger behind reported UK tabloid the Mirror.
Fat from her stomach, back, arms and legs was pumped out of her and into her behind.
Well, apparently the surgery was a success - she posted a picture of her new body on Instagram on July 4, posing in a figure-hugging black dress.
On her caption she said that her bikini pictures will be uploaded soon.
Our newsroom cannot wait.
She said before her surgery: "I'm known as one of the most extreme plastic surgery patients in the world and I want to keep pushing the limits."
Well she has some way to go though - Guinness World Records officially listed a Cindy Jackson as having had the most cosmetic procedures ever.
Jackson has gone under the knife a whopping 47 times.
