Girl, this is not your dress. Someone willowy like Elle Fanning could probably make such a fussy floral maxi bloom, but Moretz is obviously wilting under all those ruffles. The keyhole cut-out is also a failed attempt to add a sliver of sex appeal. The next day, she wisely switches directions in a knitted frill-trim belted black mini that projects a youthful sass befitting its 19-year-old wearer.
