56 people, including 73-year-old, arrested in Geylang

Authorities arrested 56 people during an overnight operation in Geylang, which ended on Friday (Feb 27).
The suspects are aged between 18 and 73. They consist of 21 men and 35 women.
All were arrested for a host of offences, including vice, drug-related offences, immigration offences and the peddling of illegal sexual enhancement products.
Investigations against all suspects are ongoing.
The operation was carried out by the police and enforcement officers from the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority, Central Narcotics Bureau and Health Sciences Authority.
