This article is more than 12 months old

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) are appealing for contact with Mr Lee Yee Onn's next-of-kin.

Mr Lee, 58, passed away on Sept 30 last year after he was hospitalised in Nanning in Guangxi, China.

MFA officers managed to trace his father, Mr Lee Chew Ning, and brother, Mr Lee Yee Leong but have failed to reach them.

Their last known phone numbers were no longer in use.

It is unclear whether Mr Lee lived in China or if he was there as a tourist.

Mr Lee's body has been kept in the mortuary since September.

Anyone with information of Mr Lee's next-of-kin can contact MFA at 6379 8800 or 6379 8855.
