Malacca shoppers receive flyers advertising sex services
Leaflets promoting sex services are being distributed openly to customers at shopping malls and hypermarkets in Malacca, according to reports in the Malaysia media.
Based on reports from Sin Chew Daily and China Press, The Star Online said that the two-page, handwritten flyers listed several "packages" as well the relevant charges, names of hotels and contact numbers.
A note also stated stated that the number of male "partners" was limited and those interested were advised to "book early to avoid disappointment".
The packages, which include hotel stays, are priced at RM400 (S$149) for an hour, RM800 for two hours and RM2,800 for eight hours.
The flyers also stated that services were available from 2pm to midnight and that "rates were negotiable".
Former Kota Melaka parliamentary seat candidate Dr Yee Kok Wah uploaded a photo of the leaftlet after his wife received one from a man in his 40s while shopping at a hypermarket.
