Five guys & a show
Here's what you need to know about the voices behind ONE FM's #1 Breakfast Show
SHAUN TUPAZ, 28
Role: Producer and presenter
Apart from his day job, Tupaz is also a dancer, a fitness buff and a stand-up comedian. He started dancing in 2004 and has won a few dance competitions.
He also does monthly Comedy Happy Hour performances at Tolido's Espresso Nook. His next performance there is on Oct 30 at 8pm in support of the Movember movement, which raises awareness for men's health issues.
He also has a personal #BetterMan fitness project at Pure Fitness gym. In four months, he dropped from 91.3kg to 74kg.Before his regular gym sessions, he was known as Punggol's "Shirtless Wanderer", thanks to his habit of jogging shirtless in Punggol.
MARK VAN CUYLENBURG (AKA THE FLYING DUTCHMAN), 59
Role: Radio presenter
The father of four claims he has three left feet, but FD has been taking private salsa lessons with his wife, Madam Michelle Anne Seow.
The fun-loving pair attend lessons twice a week and practise outside of class.
It is something he enjoys greatly, now that he has more stamina and energy since shedding 8kg over four months. For FD, salsa dancing is a "proper workout" and no walk in the park.
ANDRE HOEDEN, 40
Role: Executive producer and presenter
The father of three is also a real estate agent with ERA Realty Network. He joked that he is "bad at it", but only because he values honesty and likes to look out for his clients' interests.
His other talents include playing the saxophone and drums.
But his weirdest talent is his ability to zip and unzip his pants at lightning speed. In fact, Hoeden holds a world record on US record site Record Setter for Most Times Unzipping Pants In 30 Seconds - 204 times, to be exact - with a video to prove it.
He can also flick his tongue at an astonishing speed, which he proudly demonstrated to us.
ELLIOT DANKER, 33
Role: Radio presenter
Trained in taekwon-do since the age of 14, he later also picked up karate.
He is now active in Chinese martial art form wing chun.
Think Bruce Lee or his master Yip Man, whose life was captured in the Hong Kong movies Ip Man.
GLENN ONG, 45
Role: Radio presenter
As a child, Ong was trained in aikido, a Japanese martial art form. More than a year ago, he took up Brazilian jiu-jitsu (BJJ) after a listener told him that it was "cooler" than aikido.
This year, Ong lost 8kg, thanks to an intensive training regime six times a week and twice a day, before he joined ONE FM's #1 Breakfast Show.
His personal coach is Brazilian Evolve Mixed Martial Arts instructor and BJJ world champion Leandro Issa.
On the show, he is affectionately called "Kim Jong-Ong".
