Singaporean singer Roy Loi asked, not so subtly, on Hossan Leong's Instagram account.
Another follower, berlin_lol was more to the point.
"You look so fat."

As you may have noticed, Leong is actually in a fat suit for a Ministry Of Health campaign on MediShield Life.
In one of the campaign videos Leong plays two characters - an emo-looking son and the rotund-faced father.
Here is Hossan's Instagram post which handily comes with details of what the campaign is about.
To become portly, Leong had prosthetics - specially flown in from the US - glued on to him.
The tedious process took three hours during which he had to sit absolutely still.
Leong, 35, told The New Paper that there was no room for mistakes in the process.
"The prosthetics had to be soaked in water first for the outer layer to peel off. Then, special glue was used to glue it to my face.
"After it dried, make-up was used to blend it to my skin and I had my 'wrinkles' painted on."
He added that that had to be applied precisely so that he was still able to speak naturally.
This is not the first time the actor has had to don prosthetics, after having played the Spectacles Demon in Hallmark Entertainment's The Monkey King (2001).
But his "fat" face selfie has garnered some funny comments from netizens and his friends.
Said Leong: "My whole face was changed.
"People were telling me that they had to take a second look before they knew it was me.
"Some of them asked me 'Do you have mumps?'"
