VIDEO: Taxi on fire on the ECP

A taxi was gutted when its engine compartment burst into flames.
The incident occurred earlier this evening (Nov 29) along the ECP towards the city near the Bedok exit.
It is unclear if there were any passengers in the taxi.
A video was sent in by reader Adele Augustin.
The Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) was alerted at around 9.30pm and despatched a fire engine and a Red Rhino to the scene.
The fire was put out by using a water jet and a compressed air foam system.
No one was injured.
