The New Paper's Hed Chef, Hedy Khoo (in black), sharing tips with TNP readers on baking delicious and buttery pineapple tarts at the SCS Bake-Out conducted by chef Anup Kumar. A total of 164 participants baked 11,760 tarts in the two TNP sessions.
