The 38-year-old revealed her condition in the July issue of The Edit magazine.

Ex-EXO members settle with SM

After almost two years of lawsuits, Chinese singers Kris and Luhan, former members of K-pop boy band EXO, have finally come to an agreement with their management agency SM Entertainment.

According to K-pop news website Soompi, Kris, 25, and Luhan, 26, filed lawsuits against SM Entertainment in May and October 2014.

They cited the length of the contract, treatment from the company, unfair profit distribution among reasons for the invalidity of their exclusive contracts.

After arbitration in a court in Seoul, South Korea, last month, the court has settled the case with recommendation for reconciliation.

Kris and Luhan’s contract with SM Entertainment will remain valid until 2022, in line with their original contract.

SM Entertainment’s legal representatives said in a statement that specific details about the settlement could not be revealed.

It said : “Kris and Luhan, excluding areas in Korea and Japan, will entrust jurisdiction rights entirely to SM Entertainment, and they will share a part of their revenues with SM Entertainment.

“Needless to say, they will not promote as members of EXO.”
