She let him take nude photos of her.
In June 2010, she was at his home and accessed her Facebook account. He stood behind her and memorised her password as she typed it in.
After that, Kwek secretly logged into her account on numerous occasions.
Their relationship hit the rocks in October 2010 when she worked for a modelling agency. She broke up with him in August 2011.
Kwek believed she was having an affair with her employer andkept calling her to get her to quit the agency even after they had broken up.
He also phoned and asked for sex, threatening to post the photographs online if she refused. She changed her phone number a month later.
In November 2011, Kwek logged into her Facebook account again and posted her nude photograph onto her modelling agency's Facebook page.
The photo showed her breasts and was captioned: "Is my body nice and u want to see more (sic)." The post prompted the agency's owner to file a police report the next day.
Court papers said Kwek borrowed money from an unlicensed moneylender known as Adrian in April 2013. When he could not repay his loan, he began working for the loan shark.
He used his bank account, and the credit and debit cards linked to the account, to perform electronic monetary transactions on Adrian's behalf.
Kwek admitted to one count each of electronically transmitting an obscene object, accessing his ex-girlfriend's Facebook account without permission and assisting an unlicensed moneylender.
Five other charges were taken into consideration. When sentencing, District Judge Jasvender Kaur said Kwek had violated his ex-girlfriend's privacy and put her through a humiliating and degrading experience.
