Man wanted for insulting the modesty of a woman

The police have released a photograph of a man they are looking for in relation to a case of insulting a woman's modesty.
The man, who is estimated to be around 1.7m tall, was last seen wearing a red T-shirt and blue jeans and carrying a sling bag.

The incident took place at Block 334, Ubi Avenue 1 on Aug 14 at around 3.30pm.
