Survivor contestant killed in train derailment
Former Survivor: Blood vs. Water contestant Caleb Bankston died in a tragic Alabama railway accident Tuesday.
Bankston, 26, who competed in the reality show last year with fiance Colton Cumbie, died after being crushed between two trains that had derailed, according to TMZ.
Bankston was a locomotive engineer and conductor worked at the Alabama Warrior Railway in Birmingham who are still unsure what caused the derailment.
Mail Online said that Cumbie had allegedly tweeted from his private account that he had wished it was him who had died instead.
The pair, who were very popular on the 27th season of the show, were very much in love and meant to get married in October.
