Two-timed girlfriends dump lover by hanging banner
Two British girls teamed up to give their shared boyfriend a break-up he would not forget anytime soon.
Nicola Morland and Angela Illingworth published a banner on a Gateshead bridge with a clear message for cheating boyfriend Steve Frazer on Wednesday morning, reported Chronicle Live.
The banner read: "Steve Frazer you’re dumped! By both your girlfriends."
Both girlfriends' similar looks must have caught Mr Frazer's eye.
It has since been removed, but the damage has already been done.
Ms Morland said she had been surprised by the public’s reaction to the banner, reported The Mirror.
“It has been a bit of a shock how far this has gone," she said.
“Enough is enough now. We’ve proved a point and it’s hit him where it hurts.”
Stupid joke
Mr Frazer's mother, Anne, did not take too kindly to the stunt.
“He’s not a mass murderer you know, it was just a stupid joke," she said.
Commuters to Newscastle and Gateshead on Wednesday morning got wind of the news before Mr Frazer.
Mr Frazer is said to have dated Ms Morland for a few years before they split up. He then courted Ms Illingworth.
But he continued seeing Ms Illingworth after rekindling his relationship with Ms Morland.
The cheating man two-timed the pair for about six weeks before his infidelity was discovered.
