Paris Hilton defends herself after assault claims by ex-Baywatch star
Paris Hilton has been accused by former Baywatch actor Jeremy Jackson of assaulting him in her Malibu home after he turned up with five or six friends uninvited to a gathering in the early hours of Sunday morning, Huffington Post reported reported.
The Mirror said that Jackson, 33, claimed "he was beaten up by the socialite, Brandon Davis (grandson of oil tycoon, Marvin Davis) and others."
But that was just one side of the story.
TMZ reported that when friends had told Jackson to leave the premises, the former Baywatch actor who played Hobie Buchannon on the series, allegedly went ballistic, saying: "Don't you know who I am? I was on Baywatch and Celebrity Rehab" before he grabbed a man and started choking him.
Several people "rushed to subdue him", including UK Celebrity Big Brother contestant Jasmine Waltz, who smashed "a vodka bottle on his head" causing Paris' brother, Barron Hilton, Jackson and other guests to get hurt, according to the celebrity news site.
Netizens on Twitter have reposted images of Jackson's injuries which he allegedly sent to TMZ after the brawl.
The 33-year-old party host defended herself and denied assault claims on social media explaining her side of the story.
She later took to her website theparishiltonchannel.com to explain what had happened that evening.
The link opened up a webpage which showed her explanation:
TMZ also reported that police were said to have "received two phone calls from the residence from two people, each claiming they were attacked by the other."
When the authorities arrived, "no one wanted to press charges so no one was arrested."
