This race is not strong.5 Assertive Lad *** Winkers added after promising debut and could be hard to beat.6 Golden Star * Debut very poor but should show some improvement.7 Good Child *** Looked comfortable in recent trial. Pay to keep an eye on the market.8 Power King ** Recent trial with blinkers OK. Worth some thought in debut.9 Power Lion *** Got home well in recent trial with blinkers. A serious hope in debut.10 Grands Time ** Not the worst in debut. Should improve and with blinkers added.

RACE 3 (1,800M)

1 Mr Magnus *** Form reads badly but drops to Class 4 and gets blinkers back on, so look for marked improvement.2 Splice *** Tongue tie off. In solid form and the race looks suitable to show his best.3 Military Tactic *** Looks ready to win in Singapore and 1,800m looks ideal. Big show.4 Ginseng *** Looks ready to run a very cheeky race from gate 1 with blinkers on.5 Verglatica *** In super form. While this is tougher than his last-start win, he is a show.6 Beautiful World ** Normally seen on the Poly and disappointing last start but should be handy throughout.7 Lion Barows ** First-up run a good one and have to follow on that effort.8 Gallant Heights ** In solid form. While he might need it easier to win, he can be included in exotics.

RACE 4 (1,400M)

1 Accomplished *** Blinkers back on. Very progressive type and the form from last -start win stacks up very well.2 Turangawaewae *** Fought on well last start after making the pace. In this a long way.3 Bogart *** Always gives his best and will win races like this.4 Benji's Empire *** Will give them something to catch in this grade. Worth each-way.5 Californian Jet *** Showed last start he will win in Singapore sooner than later.6 Dragon Force ** Goes OK on his day but query this trip.7 Potluck * Blinkers off after poor run of form and have to take on trust.8 Spinning Success *** Back on turf in his favour. Could be a terrific each-way option.9 Galaxy Express * Needs easier and perhaps longer.

1 Golden Dominator * Pulled up lame last start. While effort to the wire was good, might be better suited on turf.2 Weowna Flyer *** Did everything bar win last start in similar affair. Value.7 Bay Of Island *** Veteran who gets the upgrade to blinkers back over a suitable trip.8 Seasons Wonder *** Always in the mix and can get out to value. Well worth another look.8 Gold Hill ** Second-up run in Singapore good. Can hold his own down in the weights.

Best efforts were over 1,400m in Malaysia.2 Taffetas *** Can be moody but, hard to beat with good draw and claim.3 Brave Sister * Has speed and should be fitter from two runs since resuming.4 Californian Girl ** Has plenty of speed but all winning form is on the Polytrack over 1,100m or shorter.5 Ladies First *** Has speed and will appreciate being against own sex.6 Forever Lucky *** Backed up very good debut with strong win. Hard to beat.7 Windsor Knot ** Maiden who has been close up in recent outings. Could show up.8 Sarong ** Speedy and always a chance in these mares' races.

RACE 8 (1,200M)

1 Flash Gift *** Won two starts back in similar race. Will give a bold sight again.2 One Smart Cat *** Will appreciate claim and Poly. Should be handy all the way.3 Touch Of Gold ** Just battled last start but will appreciate on Poly over 1,200m.4 Coronet Peak *** Drops back to more suitable distance and well weighted.5 Joyous Express ** Useful galloper resuming. Best form is over longer but has top rider and is trialling well.6 Bazinga * Tongue tie on. Gets back to more suitable trip but this is a strong field.7 Codigo ** Ran on well over 1,000m when resuming. Smart when right and should be closing late.8 Tim * Has been battling away in weaker company but drop in weight could help.9 Silver And Gold * Reverting to sprint distances and should find these too smart.10 Gilt Lad * Struggling in Class 4 and these will be too good.

Has had several trials, loves the trip and races well fresh.4 Rafaga H Resuming after sojourn in Malaysia. Useful when right. Has had several trials.5 Born To Fly *** Ran on strongly when resuming behind Hot Gold. A good chance.6 Sir Lovesalot *** Loomed last start but could not go on with it last start. Trialled well.7 Hot Gold *** Got gun run last outing when resuming to win narrowly. Hard to beat.8 Sichuan Ruler ** Strong sprinter who has never won beyond 1,200m. Can be in the mix.9 Natural Nice * Trip suits but has battled since resuming and these will be too good.10 Savannah Dancer ** Yet to win over 1,400m but has been placed. Light weight.

Gets handy claim and expect improvement.3 Warspirit *** Not far away last start in Class 3 and will appreciate claim and drop in grade.4 Super Shadow *** Not far away past three outings. Suited this trip and should race well again.5 Hofburg Palace *** Resumed with solid grinding effort over 1,200m. Better suited here.6 Zedkaar *** Scored well last start in Maiden company and should race well again with extra 200m ideal.7 Beat To Quarters ** Can run on but better suited in Class 5.8 Ozymandias ** Resuming after a year off. Has ability and could surprise.9 Ninth Avenue * Racing well but wants Class 5 and longer.10 Jonathan ** Has speed and no weight. Boxed on well last outing in this Grade but needs a soft lead.
