Invitational team to replace Namibia in Nations Cup
Namibia have pulled out of the upcoming Mission Foods Netball Nations Cup due to "funding issues", organisers said yesterday.
Instead, an invitational team - made up of Singapore national squad players, club players, and a Fiji international - will join Singapore, Botswana, Taiwan, Northern Ireland and Papua New Guinea for the annual tournament from Dec 13 to 19.
Singapore will start their campaign against Papua New Guinea on Dec 13 at OCBC Arena Hall 1. - LIM SAY HENG
