Suarez: I sought help after World Cup bite
Luis Suarez admitted that he sought professional help after he bit Italy defender Giorgio Chiellini at the World Cup.
It was a third such indiscretion from the Uruguayan, who had previously sunk his teeth into opponents during his time at Ajax and Liverpool.
The 27-year-old received a four-month ban from all football related activities by Fifa, although an appeal to the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) saw the sanctions relaxed, allowing Suarez to train with his new teammates at Barcelona following a £75 million ($155.3m) move from Liverpool.
The CAS ruling also allowed the striker to make his debut for the Catalans in a friendly against Mexican club Leon on Tuesday morning (Singapore time).
Speaking at his official presentation as a Barca player, Suarez revealed he turned to professionals in a bid to alter his behaviour and assured the club's fans that he would behave.
He said: "The suspension is what it is and I have to accept it, it is a personal matter but I have worked with the adequate professionals.
"I have tried to forget this game and this situation as well. It is a difficult moment for me and I would say to all the fans to not worry because I am not doing that anymore."
