Bill Gates builds rig for ice water challenge
You've probably read about and watched celebrities like Jimmy Fallon and Justin Timberlake pouring buckets of ice water on themselves to raise awareness for ALS - which is short for amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, a neurodegenerative disease also known as Lou Gehrig's disease.
However, none of them come close to Bill Gates, who has certainly upped the ante after he received a challenge from Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg.
The founder of Microsoft felt lifting a pail of freezing liquid over his head was a bit too passe.
So he designed and built a rig to do it - he even made a miniature for a small-scale test.
As you can see from his Facebook post, Gates has issued challenges on to Ryan Seacrest, TED curator Chris Anderson and tech billionaire Elon Musk, so you can expect videos from them to come along pretty soon.
Meanwhile, you can watch Oprah Winfrey carrying out her not-as-epic-but-incredibly-screamy dare from Tyler Perry.
