The star of Fast & Furious franchise announced at CinemaCon on Thursday (April 23) that, thanks to Fast & Furious 7 box-office success, there will be an eighth chapter.
It even has a release date: April 14, 2017.
Fast & Furious 7, which premiered only three weeks ago, has become a global phenomenon, making over US$1.15 billion (S$1.5 billion) worldwide, earning the No.7 spot on the list of highest-grossing films of all time.
