Partying on land is too mainstream? Try a large cruise ship instead

This article is more than 12 months old

Remember when major dance music festivals that took place on beaches (like ZoukOut) was the talk of town?

Well, that's passe now. This week, social media was filled with photos from the 3,000-plus party-goers on a huge cruise ship.

Hop on board #itstheship, a five-day-long music festival that started on the Nov 21 and ends on Nov 25.

It departs from the Marina Bay Cruise Centre in Singapore.

If partying on land is too mainstream, then check out some awesome pool parties on deck and get up close with your favourite acts.

These photos are certainly making us wish we're on that ship right now.
