Fire victim trapped on ledge rescued

Singapore Civil Defence Force officers scaling a ladder to rescue a man trapped on a ledge outside a bedroom after a fire broke out in a fourth-storey flat at Bedok Reservoir Road yesterday evening. The man, who suffered burns, was taken to Changi General Hospital.
