New Bridge Road fire today: Woman sent to hospital

Thirty people safely left the Jean Yip Loft at New Bridge Road when it caught fire around lunch time today (Feb 25).
The Singapore Civil Defence Force was alerted at 12.50pm of the fire and sent three fire engines, a Red Rhino, three support vehicles to the scene.
The fire was put out using two fire extinguishers.
Only one woman in her 40s was sent to the Singapore General Hospital for shortness of breath.
