Shooter Teh Xiu Yi wins Singapore's second medal at the YOG
18-year-old Teh Xiu Yi has done Singapore proud by winning Singapore's second medal at the Nanjing Youth Olympic Games on Thursday (Aug 21)
Teaming up with Egypt's Ahmed Mohamed, the pair won the silver medal in the 10m air pistol event,
They lost out in the finals 5-10 to Bulgaria's Lidia Nencheva and Uzbekistan's Vladimir Svechnikov at the Fangshan shooting hall reported The Straits Times.
This medal of course comes right after fellow shooter Martina Lindsay Veloso won the silver at the individual 10m air rifle event.
