Robin Williams' daughter posts heartbreaking tribute to her dad
Robin Williams' sudden death has left people all over the world in shock.
Among them is his "inconsolable" daughter, Zelda Rae Williams, 25.
A source close to Williams' daughter revealed to Hollywood Life that "this is her worst nightmare".
After news of Williams' death, Zelda uploaded a picture on Instagram which shows a quote from Antoine De Saint-Exupery's book The Little Prince, ending off with "I love you. I miss you. I'll try to keep looking up. Z."
In her late father's final Instagram and Twitter posts 11 days ago, he shared a throwback picture of him cradling Zelda as a toddler, and wished his daughter happy birthday.
The full caption reads: "#tbt and Happy Birthday to Ms. Zelda Rae Williams! Quarter of a century old today but always my baby girl. Happy birthday @zeldawilliams Love you!"
Marin County Sheriff's Department said Williams died in his Tiburon, California home after he appeared to have committed suicide via asphyxiation following a severe battle with depression.
The sheriff's office said Williams was last seen alive at 10pm on Sunday (Aug 10), reported Wall Street Journal.
Us Weekly reported that Zelda is Williams' daughter with his second wife Marsha Garces. The Oscar winner is also a father two to boys, Cody, his son with Garces, and Zachary, with first wife Valerie Velardi.
