Singapore chef makes guest appearance on MasterChef Australia

She has been putting Singapore on the gastronomic world map thanks to her intricate and yummy dessert creations.

Local dessert chef Janice Wong - who owns 2am: dessertbar which is located in Holland Village - further cemented her burgeoning reputation as a culinary master after she made a guest appearance on MasterChef Australia earlier this week.

Her task on the cooking reality TV series? To deliver the episode's dreaded pressure test - by asking contestants to reproduce her signature dish.

Going by the sheer number of ingredients and steps provided by Wong in the recipe she released on the MasterChef Australia website after the episode aired, it's fair to say that the contestants involved were certainly made to sweat in that particular pressure test...
