What is Jake Gyllenhaal doing in Beyonce and Jay-Z's new video?
Seems it's back to business - in a big way - for Beyonce and Jay-Z.
After last week's leaked video drama, the married music moguls are turning the attention back to their work, specifically their upcoming world tour On the Run.
On Saturday, they released a cinematic trailer for the tour, simply titled Run, which stars a whole host of celebrities.
The storyline? It looks like a continuation of the '03 Bonnie and Clyde tale - guy ropes girl in to life of hard crime, girl gets chased by actress Emmy Rossum, and counseled by good friend Blake Lively.
You know, just another day in the life of a simple girl.
Unfortunately, the film is coming to theatres "never", according to the trailer.
Still, there's enough celebrity goodness in the 3 1/2-minute video to chew on.
Below, we present our best guesses as to what they're playing in this fake movie's trailer:
Sean Penn
That guy brooding in the corner in the first 30 seconds of the video? That's 53-year-old Oscar-winner Sean Penn.
"When the **** gets bigger than the cat, get rid of the cat, I don't know what ... you were talking about," Jay-Z says to him.
Who understands anything that Penn says? But he's definitely some sort of mentor figure to Jay-Z.
Blake Lively
"That's not you," says Gossip Girl alumnus Blake Lively to her best friend Beyonce, whom she feels shouldn't be living her life running from the police just because she wants to stand by her man.
Aww.
Don Cheadle
Actor Don Cheadle can usually hold his own in movies, but faced with hip-hop king Jay-Z, he squirms over a deal that's about to go sour.
Emmy Rossum
Someone's got to chase Beyonce when she's just committed a crime, so who better than cutie pie actress Emmy Rossum?
Rashida and Kidada Jones
Actress Rashida Jones (Parks and Recreation) and her sister, designer Kidada, are employed to be the other two faces in the line-up when Bey is finally caught. Rashida hilariously gives her best stink eye to Beyonce, who is clearly the guilty party, covered with blood and grime.
The Joneses don't look too innocent either, though - smudged eyeliner is never a sign of innocence.
Jake Gyllenhaal
Our favourite bearded man of the moment, Jake Gyllenhaal, turns up sporadically throughout the trailer, looking like he's on the hunt for the criminal couple. If this movie were to really happen, we kindly request more Gyllenhaal.
Guillermo Diaz, aka that crazy guy from Scandal
Hey, it's Huck!
The awkward, violent guy from hit TV show Scandal turns up in the trailer as a guy who's definitely looking for Jay-Z and Beyonce, and has a bunch of guys to help him, too.
Good to see he can play normal.
