Forgot your password? The CIA can't help
If you thought the CIA was filled with super-serious spies intent on saving the world with nary a smile... you're probably right.
But inside the secretive organisation is a social media team that a normal person could, gasp, actually get along with.
They first set up their twitter account last month and set the ball rolling with this awesome tweet:
Then they made a promise:
Well, unclassified content is probably not as interesting as information in sealed envelopes:
But they soon learned their lesson:
Things got more interesting when CIA decided to answer the five most asked questions - to celebrate their first month on the social networking site.
Apparently, people want to know where Tupac is. (FYI: He died in 1996)
The CIA is into selfies too. (Is there anyone who is not?)
Just don't tweet the CIA asking for your password. They're not going to help you. (But you might be better off tweeting the National Security Agency instead).
Some may say the CIA is trying too hard or is not formal enough, given its reputation. But we think even spies need to smile once in a while.
We look forward to more of your tweets, CIA. If you need some ideas, just look to the SCDF for help.
