Man charged with harbouring 'One-Eyed Dragon'
A Malaysian man was charged in court on Wednesday (July 15) with harbouring murderer Tan Chor Jin, better known as the "One-Eyed Dragon", in 2006.
Tan, then 39, shot and killed nightclub owner Lim Hock Soon, 41, on Feb 15, 2006.
About an hour later, Ho Yueh Keong, now 42, allegedly harboured him at the Woodlands Immigration Checkpoint by transporting him to flee Singapore.
Ho was arrested in Malaysia and deported to Singapore.
He will be back in court on Aug 12.
In May 2007, Tan was convicted of the murder and sentenced to death.
