North-South Line hit by long delays

A signalling fault on the North-South Line yesterday left evening peak-hour commuters fuming for the second day in a row. Train services in the northern stations in both directions started slowing down at about 5pm. Normal service resumed only at 8.30pm. SMRT later warned of more delays in the days ahead.
