ONE FM crew sells gelato for charity
The ONE FM #1 Breakfast Show crew stopped by Marina Bay Sands yesterday to scoop and sell gelato for charity at the Scoops of Hope gelato pop-up booth.
Radio presenters Andre Hoeden, Glenn Ong, The Flying Dutchman, Elliott Danker and Shaun Tupaz manned the booth and actively approached shoppers for an hour.
The quintet also took the opportunity to buy and try some of the nine gelato flavours, which were all created by the celebrity chef restaurants at Marina Bay Sands.
All proceeds will go to The Straits Times School Pocket Money Fund to support children from low-income families.
The booth will run until Sunday. It is part of a series of activities under Marina Bay Sands' annual Sands for Singapore charity festival.

Lohan assures fans after outburst
After Lindsay Lohan's relationship drama outburst on social media last weekend, she assured fans that she is "good and well".
The 30-year-old US actress said in an Instagram post: "I am taking time for myself with good friends. I am sorry that I've exposed certain private matters recently.
"I was acting out of fear and sadness... We all make mistakes. Sadly mine have always been so public."
According to People magazine, Lohan alleged that her Russian businessman-fiancé Egor Tarabasov had cheated on her, while seemingly announcing her pregnancy.
Lohan's rep told the New York Post: "Lindsay believes Egor has anger-management issues and she would like him to go to therapy. They both want to work things out."
Tarabasov was also spotted loading several suitcases out of Lohan's Knightsbridge home in London on Tuesday.
