Watch: Homeless bodybuilder works out on the streets of France
You have to see it to believe it.
Jacques Sayagh may be 50 years old and homeless, but he has a body even men in their 20s would envy.
The Frenchman sleeps and works out on the pavements of Paris.
He sets up his resistance bands around metal gates and hangs his pull-up equipment on a lamp post.
Mr Sayagh was recently featured in a film by director Julien Goudichaud which was put up on YouTube.
In it, he was seen training for the Le Grand Prix Des Pyrenees, a bodybuilding competition.
While he may not have a roof over his head, he certainly has enough to afford workout supplements.
Mr Sayagh said in French: "I don't want to live in a small apartment.
"People don't understand why I sleep on the floor, but I never feel cold. -10 deg C, -12 deg C, I use cardboard against the cold."
What motivates him to train?
"I have grandchildren. I don't want them to think that their grandfather is an a******. I want them to be proud of me, that’s all I want."
