Footballer annoys opponents with the ultimate troll goal
There's a fine line between sheer genius and utter impudence in football – and it looks like Herman Kore might just be teetering in the middle.
While his side were 1-0 up in the dying moments of their French Cup tie with Chateaubriant, the Concarneau attacker took advantage of his opponents' desperation for an equaliser to punish them in the most humiliating way possible.
With the entire Chateaubriant team caught with their pants down in the opposing penalty box during a failed corner attempt, Kore left his rivals' goalkeeper for dead before stopping the ball just in front of goal and getting down on all fours to nudge it across the line.
The Chateaubriant players were far from impressed with the cheeky finish.
As an ecstatic Kore and his teammates celebrated the goal that secured them a 2-0 win, angry Chateaubriant players had to be held back by officials and Concarneau players from confronting the front man.
Whether it was cheeky banter or blatant disrespect, Kore's goal is a reminder that football is a game that's all about fun.
Just ask Brazil midfield maestro and legendary trickster Ronaldinho, who pulled off a similar stunt during a futsal match at the end of the following Nike ad from their famous Joga Bonito campaign.
