Usain Bolt: I'll call van Gaal if United lose again
Jamaican sprinter Usain Bolt claims he will phone up Louis van Gaal if Manchester United lose to Sunderland on Sunday.
The world's fastest man is an avid supporter of the Red Devils and has previously declared his interest in playing for United when he calls it a day from the athletics scene.
After van Gaal's competitive spell opened with shock 2-1 defeat at home to Swansea City, the 28-year-old - who is a good friend of former United boss Sir Alex Ferguson - is prepared to give the Dutchman a ring should a repeat occur against the Black Cats at the Stadium of Light.
Bolt said: "I haven't talked to him yet. He lost the first game so I'm giving him some time and I'll wait to see if he does any better on Sunday.
"But if he doesn't I'll probably need to give him a call."
He also reiterated his desire to land a trial with United adding: "I definitely want to try (trial for United). So hopefully I'll do a few trials and see if I'll be any good."
