GALLERY: Miss International contestants dazzle in national costumes

A fascinating array of costumes were on display at the Miss International Beauty Pageant national costume round on Tuesday (Nov 4).

This year, 74 participants from 65 countries and regions have gathered in Tokyo and the title will be decided on Nov 11.

The pageant began in 1960 in the United States.

Miss International also gives back to society by donating money to underprivileged children around the world through Unicef and other charity organisations as well as participating in many activities that protect the environment.
