Body retrieved from crane in Queen Street construction site

A body was recovered on Friday morning (April 17) from a crane at a construction site at Queen Street, near Bugis Junction.
The Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) told The New Paper (TNP) that they received a call for help at 10.30am.
A man in his 30s was pronounced dead at the scene by the SCDF.
An eyewitness told TNP that an SCDF officer abseiled down from the top of the crane with the body in a body bag.
