Tom Cruise: "Running in movies since 1981" (VIDEO)

So Tom Cruise just changed his Twitter description to say: "Actor. Producer. Running in movies since 1981."

We're glad the 51-year-old actor has such a sense of humour about his career, because his incessant running has been a topic of conversation on the Internet for a while now.

There are numerous videos and GIFs in tribute to the fact that Cruise runs in most, if not all, of his movies. There's even a video tutorial on how to run like him on YouTube. 

He's run from aliens, criminals, even water. He's run on top of buildings and on the side of buildings. He's run for his women, and to find land. Basically, there's no situation in which you won't find Cruise running. 

Be sure to look out for more running from him come June 5, when his next blockbuster Edge of Tomorrow, also starring Emily Blunt, opens here.
