TNP Flame Awards 2014: Can Rebecca beat baby-bump beauties Fann & Stefanie for Babe of the year?
She bagged Babe of the Year back in 2011.
This year, the 1.67m-tall local actress has been nominated again, in the same category.
The down-to-earth 28-year-old said: "It's always very flattering to be nominated. I won it once and I think I can never get used to people calling me babe."
Looking back on 2014, Lim - who has a leading role in Channel 5 drama Mata Mata 2 - agreed that she has had "a very good year".
At the Star Awards in April, she was named Best Supporting Actress for playing a thrice-divorced senior sales manager in the Channel 8 blockbuster The Dream Makers.
On top of that, she took home her third consecutive Top 10 Most Popular Female Artistes award at the ceremony.
She was also nominated in the Best Actress category for her dual roles in drama series Sudden, where she played both a naive lawyer and her cunning twin sister.
But she lost that to veteran actress Chen Liping.
In June, Lim was named Mercedes-Benz Singapore's first female ambassador. She also scored endorsement deals with Japanese skincare brand SK-II and Japanese fashion label Uniqlo.
She said humbly: "There are many pleasant surprises this year and I am very grateful.
"I have not planned for anything like this to happen, and I never thought I would be in this position."
She added: "I hope I won't get used to this.
"I don't want to be too comfortable with all these achievements, so that I can continue to improve further."
On her Babe Of The Year competition Fann Wong and Stefanie Sun, Lim said: "The other nominees are both hot mamas.
"I am very honoured and I hope to be a hot mama like them some day.
"Both of them have huge fan bases. My chances are not too high. I've won it once and I am already very happy."

STEFANIE SUN: 'Beautiful' even in T-shirt and shorts
The year marked the comeback of Mandopop queen Stefanie Sun.
The 36-year-old homegrown superstar returned to the scene with her 12th album Kepler in February, and has not stopped working since.
She embarked on her Kepler world tour, performing to sell-out crowds in China, Taiwan and Hong Kong.
And like Fann Wong, she's looking better than ever.
Her concert under the iconic dome of the new National Stadium in July attracted more than 20,000 people, showing that her popularity has not waned, even after she took a three-year hiatus to get married and give birth to a son.
Sun also won big at the Singapore Hit Awards last month, picking up four titles: Best Female Vocalist, Best Album, the Y.E.S. 93.3FM Pick Of The Pops Most Popular Hit and the highly-coveted Most Popular Female Artiste.
In August, Sun captured more eyeballs when an unglamorous photo of her wearing glasses, a casual T-shirt and shorts queuing up at McDonald's went viral online.
But that hardly fazed the cheeky singer, who edited the photo and reposted it, adding the words, So beautiful OK, and a tiara on her head.
The mother of one gained a positive response from netizens for making light of the situation.
Sun also unveiled a wax figure of herself at the newly-opened Madame Tussauds Singapore wax museum in October, joining other prominent locals such as former Prime Minister Lee Kuan Yew.
According to her record label manager here, her schedule is too hectic to respond to her Babe Of The Year nomination.
The A-lister will literally close her amazing year with a bang, performing at the New Year's Eve countdown party at The Float at Marina Bay.
FANN WONG: Yummy mummy, oh so sexy
Local Ah Jie and Flame Awards favourite Fann Wong is the epitome of the label "hot mama".
The 43-year-old actress hogged headlines every other month this year after she and her actor-husband Christopher Lee revealed in February that they were expecting their first child after five years of marriage.
All while looking just as gorgeous as she did before getting pregnant.
She went on to appear on the cover of Her World magazine's May issue in a cleavage-baring outfit when she was four months pregnant.
In July, Wong created a buzz online when she released sexy photos of herself with only a royal-blue cloth draped across her chest and hips. She was eight months pregnant with her son Zed.
She had described the daring photoshoot as "liberating", telling TNP then: "It's a bold move for me, but I was willing to do it as it was done very stylishly."
After giving birth, Wong managed to revert to her pre-pregnancy figure swiftly, dropping from 70.5kg to 53kg within three months.
Wong is now busy filming upcoming StarHub drama series My Secret App, her first acting project after popping.
"Wow! Thank you The New Paper for the nomination for Babe Of The Year!" she said when informed of her latest "achievement".
She added: "I'm going to tell Zedzed the next time I nurse him, 'Son, Mum's Babe Of The Year, so stop fussing or dozing off. Drink up!' "
Last year, the social media-savvy star edged out actor Ian Fang and Member of Parliament Baey Yam Keng and was named our Selfie Queen.
On her fellow nominees Rebecca Lim and Stefanie Sun, Wong had three words: "They are babelicious!"
