Movie Review: Paris Holiday (PG)
Lam Chun Kit (Louis Koo) jets off to Paris, France, for work and to seek solace after his girlfriend rejects his marriage proposal.
He shares a flat with heartbroken artist Ding (Amber Kuo) and tries to help her get over her break-up, falling for her in the process.
Paris Holiday features a thin and predictable love story which drags out too slowly for its own good.
The onscreen chemistry between Koo and Kuo is almost non-existent, making some of their scenes together painful to watch.
Overall, this is one weary, forgettable rom-com, a trip which sadly does not leave an impression.
