INGREDIENTS
- A-Sha Hakka Wide Noodles Chilli Flavour
- Pepper
- Chilli pepper
- Green onion
- Beef
- Corn starch
- Cilantro
METHOD
1. Warm oil in a pan and add the seasoning in this order: Pepper, chilli pepper, green onion.
2. Add A-Sha spicy sauce and mix with a little water.
3. Mix the raw beef with a couple spoonfuls of corn starch.
4. Boil the A-Sha dry noodles separately and cook beef.
5) After all items are cooked, add to your original pan and mix in noodles. Top with cilantro.
