Cyclists pose along Tour de France route in lingerie for charity
Women cyclists in the UK traded their Lycra for silk and lace in a bid to raise money for charity.
The Cappuccino Cycling Club cyclists posed in lingerie at 14 places along the Tour de France route in Yorkshire for a calendar photoshoot.
The money raised through the sale of the calendar, which retails at £12 (S$25.50), will go towards the Yorkshire Air Ambulance.
The photos were shot by award-winning film maker Paul Berriff and fashion photographer Michael Dunne, and the women were wearing undies by Rigby & Peller - the very supplier of the Queen’s underwear.
The Yorkshire Post quoted Mr Berriff as saying: “We wanted to do something different to mark the Grand Depart and we thought it would be great to get girls on bikes in key locations on the route. The idea is to raise money for charity and to show off Yorkshire at the same time."
