Elderly woman dies in Lorong Ah Soo accident

A woman in her 70s died this morning after the car she was in was involved in a collision with a bus at the junction of Lorong Ah Soo and Hougang Avenue 1.
Two men, aged 19 and 21, who were also in the car were injured and sent to Tan Tock Seng Hospital.
The 19-year-old, who was in the front passenger seat, had to be extricated by the Singapore Civil Defence Force using hydraulic tools.
The police are investigating.
