R&B Tea's latest creation, Brown Sugar Boba Milk with Cheese Brulee, has become a social media darling. The drink has pearls made from brown sugar. A cheese cream tops the drink with brown sugar bits that are sprinkled and torched. It is priced from $4.80 and is available at Marina Square, 470 Toa Payoh Lorong 6, Oasis Terraces at Punggol Drive and The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands.
FREE ICE CREAM
Ben & Jerry's latest Scoop Shop is at Holland Piazza (#01-03), and tomorrow you can get free scoops of ice cream between 4pm and 9pm. You can also buy limited-edition tote bags ($10) and T-shirts ($20) or win other limited-edition goodies.
GAGGAN IN SINGAPORE
The Great Food Festival opens today at Resorts World Sentosa, with highlights such as chef Gaggan Anand's demo on Progressive Indian Cuisine on Sunday at 5pm. Other celebrity chefs due to appear include Bo.lan's Dylan Jones, Cat Cora and Susur Lee.
BACKSTREET BENGS
The Backstreet Bengs - comprising chefs Jeremmy Chiam of Le Binchotan, Eugene See of Birds Of A Feather and Miller Mai of Ding Dong - will present a six-hands event over two nights on Oct 17 and 30.
